The system supports both manual ordering and automatic replenishment. Order recommendations are generated based on stock levels, sales patterns and configured parameters. As a result, far less manual work is needed — and shortages or surpluses occur much less often. And if there’s scarcity? Stock can be automatically distributed across different stores, ensuring a fair allocation.

Assortment & Shelf

With Assortment & Shelf, store employees have all product information and shelf data at their fingertips. In the app, they can see whether an item is in stock and where it is located (on which shelf or in the backroom), as well as whether deliveries are on the way. Richer product information is also available — from price, supplier and current promotions to images, ingredients, allergens and even usage or taste recommendations. In addition, the module supports shelf management: employees can consult planograms (shelf position, number of facings) and submit local shelf adjustments for central processing. All of this makes store operations more efficient and improves customer service.

Customer Orders

The customer order solutions seamlessly support both online orders (Click & Collect) and special orders created in the store. Online orders appear directly in the app, enabling staff to pick products quickly and prepare them for pickup. In addition, store employees can easily enter new customer orders, such as large party orders or customised bundled packages. All necessary information — from customer details and items to prices and delivery dates — is recorded centrally, ensuring smooth and error-free processing of the remaining steps (payment, picking, delivery).

Price & Promotions

Colleqtive’s solutions for pricing and promotions ensure consistent and up-to-date communication in the store. Employees can always use the app to look up the correct price of an item, including any ongoing promotions or volume discounts. In addition, the app is linked to shelf labels: price changes and promotions can be applied directly to paper price labels or electronic shelf labels (ESL) in the store. Promotion information is transparent: for each promotion, it is clear in which week it runs and what the conditions are. This helps both employees and customers always have access to accurate price and discount information.
